Confection Prize Box Question

OK, in the wiki it stats that this prize box last appeared in 2014. It also stats that it can appear in a surprise box which is around April yearly. The question is, does it regularly appear in every surprise box? Will there be any chance that the Confection Prize Box Promotion will appear again in the future?

It's possible they could reissue the old box, but doesn't seem likely, they know how much people are paying for mixmasters.

I noticed there was no chance

I noticed there was no chance to get a Confection Prize Box in 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2016. It got a chance to appear in 2015 though.
