The weapon does not appear to use T3 damage values. I would also suggest buffing biohazard/pollinator as well, since they appear to be doing less damage than they should (though at least a normalish amount!) as well.

It's not really a bug but a balancing issue. Freeze traps are simply guaranteed death when playing solo. Doubt anything will be done about that though.
