Currently, if you Alt + Right Click to pan, it works great if you're clicking on the background, but if you need to move past some tiles, it will often grab a copy of the tile you're hovering out and pulls you out of your current selected object, which is pretty rough when you're making small fine tuning of cosmetics on the same layer.

Since Alt + Right Click on its own is a shortcut for "select tile", having Alt + Right Click + Move mouse be pan just is a bit problematic. If it was simply Right Click Move (Which currently doesn't appear to do anything) it would be way more fluid in moving around.

Alternatively, some way to adjust keybinds would also work and allow better workflows across the board.
