A small update for the Crucible:

• Added another example file to help editors learn the tools.
• Control points can be instantly be assigned control by sending the signal "control:" where is -1, 0, or 1.
• Added "Dynamic/Misc/Respawn Pad (PvP)" placeable, which can currently be used to spawn tier-appropriate vials or health capsules.
