I hope someone can help me out about this issue.

recently i bought a Blizzbrand Recipe at Hall of Heroes and last week i bought a sentinel helmet recipe off auction house.
the issue is that the Blizzbrand recipe i learned is not showing up on the alchemy machine and the sentinel helmet i learned since last week is showing double on my alchemy machine can an admin help me with this issue?
