Hello Support Team,

I would like to report a bug that occurred while crafting a 5-star weapon, Plague Needle.

On May 31, 2026, between approximately 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM (Philippines Time), I attempted to craft the weapon. During the crafting process, a bug occurred and the craft did not complete successfully.

The required materials were consumed, including:

Orbs
Crowns
The 4-star weapon used for crafting

However, I did not receive the 5-star Plague Needle after the crafting attempt. The materials were removed from my account, but the weapon was never added to my inventory.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and assist with the recovery of the lost materials or the missing weapon.
