Not exactly sure where to post this but when I was trying to transmute my Miracle Hood to Chaos Cowl, for some reason it took a long time and the UI is just stuck at transmuting your item. After 10 - 15 minutes of waiting, it's still stuck there so I thought maybe its having some issues. But then as soon as I logged in and out in hopes to fix this, I lost my Miracle Hood and not only that, but the materials (like the orbs) were also used, and I didn't even receive the Chaos Cowl.

After talking to other players online, they also seem to be suffering the same issues as me, including not getting their items from the Auction House and Trading as well. Is anyone else suffering from the same issues?
