Hello,

I always thought being limited to CTR L and M for level 5 and 10 weapons did not really make sense.
On weapons that do not play around their charge attacks, CTR is pretty much only used for fun, making it not very valuable in actual gameplay.
I would really appreciate choosing either a CTR or an ASI buff for both level 5 and 10 and being able to have either ASI L/CTR L, CTR M or ASI M weapons as a result.
I believe such a change would allow lower tiered UVs to be a little more sought after and encourage diversity.
