I was standing at the gate in the Clockwork Terminal depth 12 waiting for my boyfriend to log on and run with me, and the game idled out, I logged back in STRAIGHT AWAY, and it had already booted me to the surface, screwing both of us out of 4 completed levels and neither of us had enough mist energy to get deeper down at that point.

PLEASE just don't boot people to Haven when they are at the Clockwork Terminal. Or at least give them some time to log back in before you get booted.
