I'm not sure if this is a real issue but it seems like people are buying up CE and reselling them at a higher price. Now this is all fine and dandy in a free market but what about the people who bought CE with real money and then sold it only to see the person they sell it to resell it at a higher price? I know I find this to be annoying so I suggest OOO make CE bind upon purchase with CR so people can't resell it for a profit. People who actually buy CE with real money won't have to worry about this sort of profiteering anymore.

Or possibly just prevent people who bought CE on the energy market from selling that CE back on to the energy market, they can still directly trade to other players but it will be more difficult for them to make a profit.

As well this will most likely require a third energy number to keep track of which would be used on a lower priority than mist but higher than tradable CE.

I believe this will also provide greater incentive to buy CE with real money instead of CR.
