Java Platform SE binary has stopped working error on Steam

i just cannot seem to start up the Steam version. I reintaslled Java , I reinstalled the Steam version, nothing worked. It only works when I launch it from the website and I really want to convert my accounts.

None it just says "Java

None it just says "Java Platform SE binary has stopped working"

That's the only error I get with Steam. No problems starting from the website.
