I am a Steam user, with both my Steam and Spiral Knights name being: thezeronumber
I logged on almost an hour ago now and made an offer in the Energy market for roughly 5.1k, which was soon accepted. Some time later i saw the prices dropping and decided to make another offer of exactly 5,034 (i know this as i was keeping my eye on the market for a good minute or two). A few moments later a server reboot happened, which was apparently to fix the "going to town" issue. When i logged back on i found my offer removed but i didn't have the 100 Crystal Energy and neither did i have my Crowns back.
I started with a bit over 10k in money and exactly 264 Crystal Energy. After spending 5.1k on my first purchase and somehow having 5,034 vanish, i'm now left with 364 Crystal Energy and literally 59 Crowns.
Would it be possible to reimburse the Crowns lost during reboot?
EDIT: Received an e-mail a few moment ago about the situation. They apologised for the loss of Crowns and have since refunded them via in-game message.
