Does anyone have a good idea of what the difference in natural charge times are between popular swords (i.e. Levi, CIV, DA, Faust, Glacius, Combuster, Acheron)?

I did a jelly run with a guildie recently and his 4* Silent Nightblade seemed to charge much faster than my 5* Glacius. Both swords follow a Brandish line so I've always assumed their CTR would be the same. We both have ASI low UV's and the only bonus to CTR on our swords is the CTR Med. that is awarded every level 10 weapon. The only difference was that he was using 1 skolver piece and a paper shield (swiftstrike buckler) to have MAX ASI on his sword. I don't see how this would effect his charge time. Could it be that lower * weapons charge faster and I never noticed?

Any info. is greatly appreciated.
