Hello, I have lost 600 CE as a result of last week's maintenance reboot and still have not recovered it. My in-game name knight is Glaice, and I had a heat amp near the end of its 2 day lifespan that same day, so when it expired that might have explained my large loss in CE. I did not make any purchases or crafted anything before said reboot that afternoon.
Most of my CE is purchased from the energy market and I would be greatly disappointed if I cannot recover said CE I paid with cash for.
Please help me get back my energy I lost for no reason whatsoever.
And yes, I sent an email to support regarding this matter.
