note that i dont have a 5* catalyzer so i don't know if any of these have been applied
1. as it is now the charge attack of the Catalyzer seems to lack the ability to break things. that said allow the charge to break things by giving them a miniscule amount of damage around 1-5 would suffice. damage ought to be applied before the orb starts orbiting in case the monster dies
2. for this suggestion i do know the mechanics behind the Cata but this is still an issue. when you have attached an orb(s) to enemies often times you are in a group and it makes all that effort meaningless when your teammates make those affected monsters into mincemeat rendering any orbs attached to just disappear. i suggest in this case to allow the orbs to detonate so at least any enemy near can get hit OR allow those orbs to travel a short distance after the monster's death to find another monster to orbit
Again I understand the mechanics that states the smaller bullet sets off the orbiting charges but as it stands now Cata is a gimmick and not suitable for serious runs. it takes a lot of effort for little return compared to other guns
