Well recently I have seen a lot of hate for OOO support, so I thought I would share my story.

Maybe a week ago, someone was doing a quiz/competition thing in Haven 1. And as usual, I was owning all the 12 year olds >:D Anyway, I'm not here to brag about knowing more than kids. I won items (sun silver, reaper rib, and blighted bone), money and CE and was very pleased :D. A few minutes later the server restarted. I logged back on, but some other items in the AH and logged off for the day.

Next day I logged back on, and only being a little (2 star) nab I wanted to have a little look at my expensive (20k at the time) Sun Silver. But instead, "WTF where is it ... O_O .... :O ..... >_> ..... T_T". Obviously some of you would just go "meh, its only a Sun Silver e.t.c and move on", but to me then, it was worth more than double my current money and I had plans to use it for my levi/DA.

So, I sent an email explaining the issue. After a few days I got the reply saying that they had received my email and would look into it further. I was filled with doubt, believing my items were lost forever T_T

I have since played a lot and now I am full 5 star and have my Levi and a DA.

Then... today I received an email from SK support. I opened it and it said they were sorry for the inconvenience, my items had been restored, and I could get them from my mailbox. ^o^

These items aren't anything major to me any more. But I can still sell for a tidy sum.

Anyway, my point is. OOO aren't all bad, they do care and the support system does give positive results. I have never payed for CE and had only been playing for a few days but they still took my issue seriously and fixed it. This is very nice to see and I am very pleased.
