On the wiki, this is still listed as:
Craft with a Deconstructor (Level 1)
I am wondering if this is an error, or if it is actually craftable with a level 1 3star item?
If so, why aren't the other items with a 4star item at the end of the alchemy path require only level 1 3star?

Checked the recipe in game. Yep, it's still just a level 1 Deconstructor needed. Which does put it in the bug category.
The Freezing Atomizer used to have the same recipe bug. I actually crafted some Freezing Atomizers from Level 1 Freezing Vap Mk IIs for some friends. Looks like the recipe has been fixed since then.
The recipe in game shows as only needing a Deconstructor at level one. I assume this is a bug in the recipe that will be fixed later.
