Depends on how much time and patience I have but depending on whether I have an Elevator Pass or not, I usually do the Prestige missions and one or two Vana runs. Or JK run. Or RT. Or Snarby, he needs his treats :3

Well, I'm usually rather quiet until I get to know people better. I also avoid talking to people most times because I'm paranoid that they're busy and I'm just bothering them and stuff T-T I do have moments of randomness around people I'm comfortable with (But most times I just fail at comedy. <.<'). Also, I like puns.
I usually try to be polite and friendly, but if I'm annoyed or hungry I might get a bit snarky. I also don't mind giving mats or some money to friends that need them (And when I have them, obviously), but most times I avoid trades with random people in Haven.
And I'm on a quest to craft every piece of gear craftable in Cradle! (Like loads of other knights out there lol.)

Jib Cutting 101
We were talking last night on mumble and jade i think didn't know the phase "Cut of your jib"
Nj, myself and others began to scold her and tell her she's ignorant
At work today i went to tell a fiend who i figured for sure knew about the jib cutting. We were supposed to go "Ha! Didn't know cut of your jib" and have a good chuckle.
Instead she didn't know the phrase.
Neither did another 3 coworkers i asked. All in their 20s to mid 30s.
So I know I don't even need to bother asking the younger generations if these ones didn't.
These generations and under are more ignorant to such a great saying that will bring a smile to anyone's adorable little face than i had thought.
So I felt i had to look up the origins of it and let my friend know why "I like the cut of your jib" is such a wonderful complement.
Listen up, ignorant ones, moon's gonna learn ya one (ok google will but whatever)
The meaning of it now is pretty much "I like your style" or "I like how you are"
The jib of a sailing ship is a triangular sail set between the foretopmast head and the jib boom. Some ships had more than one jib sail. Each country had its own style of sail and so the nationality of a sailing ship, and a sailor's consequent opinion of it, could be determined from the jib.
The phrase became used in an idiomatic way during the 19th century. Sir Walter Scott used to it in St. Ronan's Well, 1824:
"If she disliked what the sailor calls the cut of their jib."
There may be an allusion between the triangular shape of noses and jibs in the figurative use of this phrase, but this isn't authenticated.

Random thoughts on a random Thursday....
@new apps - ... one word answers do not constitute a good app, what do your teachers say when you do that stuff... I could hazard some guesses... Plus, what rating means is you have to be at least 13 to play this game, THIRTEEN... so 10... is er... too young for any number of different reasons that I don't want to go into. We already have an Avenged, we don't need another one...
@drillzap - Don't you know EOS is dead silly? NJ killed it long ago... we are the tattered remains of a once proud guild...
@EOS - It's snowing... SNOW SNOW SNOW... plus life is chatotic... sorry been afk.

Dear Diary
Today was a confusing day. I learned a lot through my shenanigans in Lockdown.
1. Random Lockdown is the greatest place to tick people off with shenanigans.
1a. Playing what amounts to in-house LD does not qualify for random LD, even if it is in random LD.
2. I maintain the Triglav is the weapon of all weapons.
2a. I must test it on a Guardian class.
3. Half-price pizza is best pizza. Paying 10 dollars for a 20+ dollar pizza is pure bliss.
3a. I now have comfort food to make me feel better after this evening.
I will continue to hone my random shenanigans until I can out-shenanigan everyone in LD. Tomorrow I will try the Static Flash.

I've also played spiral knights for quite a while now, and as I said earlier in question 3, I am now playing this because I enjoy the community and chat. And if motivated, I never give up :D

So Becca logged into Sk last night and actually had internet that was good enough to PLAY the game. (Yes Becca actually still remembers how to play and me and Red and Choob pwned Roarm a couple times.... guess the statue in the GH is lonely for it's friend? or do they have a love/hate thing going?)
Saw what you guys did to the guild hall, just want to say awesome job!!! It really looks fantastic, gold stars all around, A++, 110% with bonus marks for originality!!! I couldn't believe all the work you guys did. I really love the candles and those christmas trees are spectacular.
Makes me wish I could play more :(.

- One a day, either the Fabulous Roarmulus Brothers, or the Royal-Pain-in-his-own-gelatinous-butt.

- Depends, usually between 1 and 5 hours a day, maybe miss a day playing Halo. (Massive Halo fan, throwing that out there)

Q13. - Well, I'm from West Lothian, in Scotland, UK. I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at age 4, which is an, erm... 'milder' form of Autism. Due to this, I find reading facial expressions and understanding sarcasm and the like rather hard. However, none of this is a problem in text chat, so I got into gaming rather fast. I usually enjoy 1st-person games, but isometrics like the Legend of Zelda series and Spiral Knights hold a special place in my heart. I have been gaming since the age of 8, and think that joining your Guild would be a great idea, and a fantastic opportunity.

@Noodle: The caffeine incident was the result of an unfortunate experiment in making mocha.
For some reason I thought it would be good to add the standard amount of instant espresso to the standard amount of hot chocolate powder and mix it up into one of those ridiculously massive mugs, because I was on a work experience thing and wanted to experiment with the machine without having my drink overflow and the mocha they did there wasn't bitter enough. Then I thought it was too bitter because of too much espresso powder when compared to hot chocolate, and ended up dumping several spoonfuls of sugar in to make it actually drinkable.
I was pretty incoherent for about 4 hours afterwards, but thankfully I had the room to myself since everyone else was sorting out equipment or testing at the time...

Sup guys, it's been a while. Maybe you remember me? I hope so hehe.
Anyway, I'm back for Christmas break after being AWOL for basically half a year (actually, I was taken hostage by my school). I guess this post would be:
1) me requesting re-admittance
2) so whats with this whole guild fee thing? I've missed a whole lot of updates and stuffz, so would anyone be willing to bring me up to speed?
3) I see we've gotta buncha new guildies, so, Hello! You're all probably a higher prestige than me,
4) and I basically forgot how to play SK in general.
Also, before August, I had set up a Shadow Lair run with a few friends, but that fell apart after school started. Is anyone interested in going/would be willing to chip in for a key? Or..can i join a SL group run? Gotta alch. a few things
So yeah...it's great to get that homework trash off my back for a bit. Hoping for some snow here in the Midwest
