Accepting an UNBOUND Trinket in the Mail aurtomatically binds it to your character!

I mailed a trinket, Tetra-Heart Pendant, from an alternate character to another, and it automatically bound the trinket to it. I just wasted 1800 CE unbinding it from my other character, and the Support Assistance link is not working.
