Hello, please help. About an hour or 2 ago I had put up an owlite shield recipe auction and it sold some minutes later, I accepted the amount of 1,151 crowns and it added to my crowns total. A few minutes later I was strangely disconnected from my spiral account, and could not log in for 5 minutes or so, when I got back in the amount of 1,151 had been taken back off my total, and I think it looks like the final sale fee is still off the total too (expected). Crowns total is currently 3453. Auction details are in the inbox "Item sold: owlite shield recipe" 21 Jul 2011. Please can you check my history to verify all of this, as I believe I am missing these crowns from my in game spiral character name is "Basspow" and I first used spiral knights through steam and still do, I had to create this spiral knights site account to use support, I did also send 2 in-game bug reports regarding this issue. I have not done anything else with my account in the way of giving or taking money or energy since the problem happened. I would like to see this money added back on rightfully when you have been able to check details, when I fairly sold a shield recipe that I decided I did not want to use. Thanks.

basically last night before I went to bed I had 3525, the amount of 3453 right now is minus the 72cr listing fee - but the accepted auction money of 1151 is missing.

Please fix this so I can continue playing in confidence. thank you. I need to be able to trust that the game will perform as expected especially if I am to put real currency into it at a later date, I've only been on a week or so and enjoying it a lot so far.
