The puppy in the middle looks far more fashionable than the Red Rovers on either side, why is this...?

(PS: It died the same as the other two and dropped nothing special)

That is a Red Rover from the

That is a Red Rover from the next tier showing up in the one you're in. It seems to happen randomly with any enemy. It's more noticeable on something that has a noticeably different attack each tier (like any other gun puppy's 1, 3, and 5 shot attacks). The only real difference other then their attacks is they have significantly more HP then other similar enemies on the floor.

Its the Tier 3 one, they

Its the Tier 3 one, they spawn sometimes in deconstruction zones in Tier 2 (4th stratum only though, i think).
