1. U must i repeat Must be active (we dnt ask for u to be in Sk for 24/7 just at least for a while a day)
2. Have tier2 or higher gear
3.Must have at least have some ce or me and crwns to support urselves (we will help in many ways we can if its in mats or any other stuff)
