ok so i have my main character who im max 5* and i started a new character to play as a gunslinger to change things up a bit so i sent both gunslinger recipes and the mats needed for crafting got on my other character and saw new mail clicked it and the stuff was there like i expected but i clicked accept and delete the mail disappeared i looked in my inventory to learn the recipes when my recipes werent there nor was the other items like light shards and fabrics just everything was gone like it never sent pretty mad at this i looked on my main when needless to say the items werent there either they just mysteriously disappeared into the empty mail void of endlessness just wanting to know if anybody else has had this problem

That was hard one to read but whatever Laverna is right. Can ya guys pls explain me how can you send items to different char on the same account ? Because i wana start gunslinger/bomber too ?
Write a ticket to a gm and provie as much information as possible. I'm very curious wheter or not they will reimburse your lost items.
