a GvG thats a 2v2 to a 4v4 and u gain rep and money and ce the at the end of the month all the people who participated in the GvG would get a fraction and Guild raid where another guild (2-4 people) can break into a rivals guild and steal the ce and money that they have earned and bring it back for their own guild funds and as a protection the guild master can use the funds earned to buy protection for their guild and the more protection they have should be the start lvl of their guild so say if the guild funds were 50k cr and 500ce then u could buy Trojan protection T3 and so ull have 2-4 Trojans always at ur base till its been successfully raided and people can spend the energy they earn or buy to get these so it woul encourage activity in ur guild and have guild alliances for if ur guild is being raided ur ally has the choice to send some of their guild protectors to help ur guild out but in turn it would weaken their defenses until the raid is over and their protectors come back (unless they die in the other guild area)
