Change regarding the healthbar and related

I must say, I do like the new effect on the healthbar, showing the damage taken from the last attack. However, would it be possible for the purple bars to e replaced with coloured bars, to indicate how much damage was taken from different types of attack? Much like how the coloured bars fall out of the player when hit by certain attacks (Red: Normal, Green: Elemental, Red/Yellow: Piercing, Purple:Shadow). These are useful, but aren't as accurate a representation as having them visible on the actual healthbar too. I think this would make it easier to understand, accurately, what weaknesses in the player's loadout are, when being attacked by different types of enemies.

In relation, would it be possible for there to be a damage sound effect when taking damage from status conditions? I always found it very useful when I heard the periodic sound of me taking damage when I was on fire, or hearing a damage sound whilst attacking when cursed, as it made it clear that the effect is damaging me. Recently, without any audio cue, I hardly notice just how much damage I am taking. It could be possible to have it so the different status conditions make different damage sounds to the usual.

As a random possible thought, maybe different audio cues (of varying intensity based on damage dealt) to describe the attacks you've taken damage from? Could also be useful, especially for those who are colour blind.

Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

one thing i would add to

one thing i would add to this, is it also possible to make the player flash when low on health? there's little problems across the board with actual informative feedback to the player really, anytime you have to take your eyes off your knight to get important info is a problem.

I do like how it shows, more

I do like how it shows, more accurately, health lost and health gained.

But I'd like to be able to not have it sliding around versus the old layered system. Make it a toggle, too.

One issue

The party frames no longer accurately represent how much health you have. If you're at 20/25 health, it will show your party members that you're at full health.

(My bros killed a love puppy before it had topped me off.)

I think it always used to do

I think it always used to do that, unfortunately. It's just that now you can see your own health on the party frame too, so you can tell that it is not working how it should.
