cuz i currently m trying to sell the 4* versons of them for 3k ce but having no luck
so would it be better if i take them to 5* then sell them for the price mentioned above??
if u think the prices are too high can u sugest wat price tag i should put on them

No, do not sell them for 3k CEand do NOT upgrade them to 5*, you berk. If no one is offering to buy your gear it's because few people are willing to buy it at that price. If nobody is willing to pay your markup, and yes, any pre-made gear has a built-in markup, then it is unlikely that someone will be willing to pay an even larger markup for the finished product.
The Skelly Set isn't particularly popular, hence there is little demand for it. Ipso facto, the market price is low. Try lowering your prices. If that doesn't work, do it again. If that still doesn't work, keep doing it until you've reached a price where you're breaking even. If you manage to get to a price that low, it probably wasn't worth the hassle, in the first place. If you still need the crowns, you might better off selling it to a vendor.
If you find me to be abrasive, or my suggestions unpleasant, try to sell a Dread Skelly set for 7k CE, a piece. Don't upgrade it, just test the waters. See how many offers you get.

If you can get the four star versions for somewhere in the neighborhood of 1k CE each (counting recipes, mats, etc.), plus a bit of heat, then why would anyone pay 3k CE? If you bump them to five star, then the question is, if you can get the five star versions for somewhere in the neighborhood of 2k CE each, then why would you pay 7k? Making a five star version yourself does take more heat, I guess, but is it really worth 5k CE to skip a few runs through the clockworks? The overwhelming majority of players would answer "no" to that, and if you want to find one of the very few who is willing to spend a lot of money, you would do well to find someone willing to buy it before you unbind it.
