How much would a jelly sheild with fire resist high or higher go for?

Also if anyone knows haw many ticks one of those can go for (vs. fire obviously) i will give you a cookie
jelly shield with fire resists... think~ where would you go with such a shield? not T3... so its really not an end game piece of equipment~
