Ugh so mad, and I know I'm not the only one. So I was helping a new user friend person with a snarbolax run, we were on level four or five when the announcement came out that the server would reboot RIGHT AFTER THE UPDATE. So we hurry to see if we can't finish in time, and we get to the boss level, and know that its too late, so we go back to the haven. What a waste of 60 mist energy. I know I'm not in the only boat, as I was talking to other people who were one level before jelly king. Don't be all "THEY TOLD YOU SO" because I know they told us, but we were already so deep. If they told us before we ventured down, then ok I'd side with you, but ughhhh it already too late. I know a ton of other people were screwed for runs too. Some one said they should compensate with a mist tank. I agree.

You do collect everything
You do collect everything (except heat) as soon as you pick it up. Sucks you couldn't do the boss, but you still got everything else from the run, so certainly not a waste.

Heat isn't actually added to
Yeah, heat is added to your gear once you make it to the floor's end elevator alive.
Still, Snarbolax gives negligible Heat, so you kept all the Heat and loot from the previous stages.

today i was about to delve into the roarmulus twins stratum when it said update in 15 minutes! i was like what the heck. we didnt you tell me that an hour ago so i wouldn't have gone on a run!? they need to tell you this stuff an hour ago not 30 minutes. 30 minutes is too short.

Why not post in the
Why not post in the suggestions forum -- *politely* -- that you feel restart notifications need to be extended by another half-hour? It seems reasonable to me because most serious runs in this game take quite a bit of time to do.

Just today, before the first update when Colliseum was about to be released, we had to abandon our Jelly King run, and we were half-way there.
I might post the suggestion about extending the notifications later if no one else does.

Good idea. I think I'll do that if no one has done so already. Sorry for ranting guys, I know snarbolax isn't that much, but when you're new and mist energy is what you survive on, every little bit counts.
yea i wasted 20 mist trying to get my T3 clearance but i guess now i know, wait a couple hours after an update
a mist tank would be great though just dont count on it
