I'm getting a Nitronome and currently have a shivermist and grav vortex. (Is it still that or Tge electron now?) is it worth getting? My shiver is heat 10 with Ctr low uv so if I got the elite it would make it ultra. Opinions?

Definitely worth it. The wiki says going from high to ultra can reduce the charge time by about 1/3 (http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Bombing_Guide)
