I suggest adding a new area in the advanced training hall. This area will teach newbies the basics of shield bumping. The area will feature a hockey-like puck that will spawn in the middle of the room. Players can move the puck around by shield bumping it. No other method will move it. Once moved the puck will ignore friction and bounce around the area. If a player and puck collide then the puck will explode and disperse a fire or poison status cloud into the air. (The status cloud is to prevent players from blocking. This game is to train players to shield bump, not to shield.)

Players can move the puck into "goals" and score points, or they can try to kill each other with it. If the puck explodes or gets moved into a goal then it will respawn in the middle of the area after a short time.
