Individually, it seems like pieces of the set go for anywhere from 5k on the low end to 7k on the high end. 6k - 6.5k is about the average price.
For a MAX Ele, my opinion would be that it's worth at least 10k CE, base line, and could probably go as high as 15K if someone was really, really after it.
The only Achilles heel here is the popularity and use of the armor - godly in T1 and great normal def, but the movement and attack speed debuffs mean that it probably won't be in as much demand as any other 5-star set. Still, a pretty cool piece!
