I think you should be able to inspect your online and offline Friends and Guild mates.

You'd be able to tell who your best online friend is, you could check out the skill level of people in your guild, you could see if your friend got a hold of that new weapon they wanted, you could be able to tell who has the best gear to fit your run needs (let's say you need a lot of IMF or RJP runs), and anything else you'd do with inspect. It's not a very big change at all, but it would be very convenient. I don't see why OOO doesn't have it. I mean, are they trying to stop or discourage something?
