I was banned because somebody put a ticket in saying I did something, yet I didn't do anything lol. So, where do I appeal it?

I was banned because somebody put a ticket in saying I did something, yet I didn't do anything lol. So, where do I appeal it?
Email support. Tell them what happened, and if they find it alright, they will remove the ban.
