Discussion- Team Killing

Hello everybody, I'm here to resurface a old topic in the forum- Team Killing
I don't just mean team killing as in the Training hall where people fight over Fire pots to throw at each other,
I'm talking about in the battlefield, arenas, monsters.
In the categories of-
-Knocking a monster towards a player (Levi and high pushback weapons)
-Knocking a player towards a monster (Yes it is possible)
-Putting status effects on ally player (Using weapon such as the Flamberge)
Post below of your trololols and team sabotages :D
Stupid DA charge knocks monsters into others, especially me often. But sometimes I may just do it purposely to be mean to my guildies and show my superiority to them. :3c

I don't troll my team, but I have seen people troll me by:
1) afking. I hate afkers
2) dying repeatedly. I don't health revive such players. Trolls are getting smarter because few that I've seen suicide anymore
3) Stand around not helping.
4) Try to set me on fire
5) Waste health potions
6) Waste poison vials on a Jelly King run.
In response I kick trolls in the middle of a team fight. I can work the menu and dodge enemy attacks at the same time. Bonus points if they are dead when I kick them. Even more bonus points if they get kicked on a boss floor or in the middle of a boss fight. If there are no team fights on the floor then I kick them near the elevator (No heat for you.)

Using the DA knock back to keep knocking monsters out of range of someone with a brandish as they attack.
First time I introduced him to the game today, and once he found out that the exploding blocks exploded when shot, he waited for the other people to stand close to the block and shoot it with his proto gun on purpose.
It was the new spiral castle map with the kats so he did that a lot of times. XD
And the he proceeded to inform me that they were Nubs. Fun stuff.
@Zanoni
When you kick him, he doesn't go back to Haven, he leaves the group and is now in a single man group.
In bossfights that sucks I guess, but when you do it in front of a elevator, he keeps his heat.
some dude always knocked lubmers in me and cursed himself on purpose when he had low health, so someone will res him with more.
and when i was the last one left with 1 bar, and he was the only with a pill, he wouldn't give it me so i could res everybody.

When you go solo you don't keep ur heat.I don't care if someone knock a lumber towards me by accident or something.I remember a caliber dude knocked back 3 lumbers and it killed a team mate by accident.I am cool with acidents.I have not seen trolls yet.
Lasers.
Players walk across.
*Hits switch*
*Trollface*
I don't see a problem in it well maybe besides fire status. If someone throw a mob at me it won't attack, it's still concentrating on the guy who used a charge just bump shield and move on.

Why make such a big deal over something people do.
AFK isn't trolling. They're just AFK whether it's computer issues or lag, or even some reason to be away from the keyboard. People sometimes do a lot of the things you call trolling, by pure incident. They have the weapon for the reason that they want it. Whether that item has a terrible knock back or not.
And when it comes to people who die repeatedly, they usually dun have the gear necessary for it.
To me, it just sounds like everything that's been stated as trolling issues is more of a problem someone has because they take something not too serious too seriously.

I just go solo if I find myself with a team of idiots. It's just not worth the bother.
Examples of idiot behaviour:
Opening more health chests than you need,
missing a part of the level,
not getting a crystal,
missing health or coins from hitting plants and lamps,
throwing fire at me,
exploding blocks near me,

Hitting the switch to those reversing spike traps while somebody's crossing
Purposely spawning a bunch of mobs when somebody isn't ready

I usually only try to team-kill in Graveyards in those double-rooms with the flaming jars. I aim for the guy getting the biggest swarm and throw it at him. I like to think that in the end, the skeletons catch too, making my attack a boon to the party.
1. Knocking enemies to my team mates with my DA's charge.
2. Blowing up explosives when my team mates are next to them.
3. Throwing fire pots onto my team mates.
4. Shield bouncing enemies into my team mates.
5. Freezing Mecha Knights when I hold aggro while running counter clockwise around the arenas, so they can corner my team mates.
6. Reviving my team mates into a Mecha Knight horde during an arena.
7. Walking in front of my team mates when a retrode's laser is being aimed.
8. Shield bouncing Blast Cubes in my team mates' direction as they're about to explode.
9. Walking in front of my team mates while a rocket is following me.
10. Eating bacon.
11. Walking in front of my team mates while Lord Hotpants uses his mace.
12. Letting my cornered team mate die from an unbouncable Trojan.
13. Breathing.
14. Spawning Mecha Knights and letting them shock my team mates while their health is low.
15. Letting my team mates get killed in a corner by a pack of Alpha Wolvers.
Good times ^_^ ...guess what word I used the most? Mhmmm.. team mate right? WRONG. It was "my!"

Lol, chill out men.
Sometimes I also find people lacking experience, but I just try to explain the things, and usually they understand it( like if they are using needle on slimes or acheron in FSC).
I ALWAYS try to shield near explosives, and if I get hurt, I think of it as my own fault.
I sometimes go afk because my computer freezes a lot, so I can't judge anyone going afk.
When someone pushes an attacking monster right to me, I find it just unfortunate, usually calibur line has this property.
Blast bombs can be pretty annoying though. I warn the player who uses them.
In Blast Network when the teammate deliberately traps you, I just say 'lol'. And he replies 'sorry'.
The only thing I find really annoying, is when people don't revive, and try to be heroes on their on. I would understand if the team was full of noobs, and he was tired of rezzing, then I would say nothing. But if you rezz everyone, and when you died no one is rezzing you it is so frustrating that sometimes I just go solo. In my opinion rezzing people increases the teamwork, friendly atmosphere and prevents teamwipes. Also sharing vials and health pills, caring for each other makes the game more friendly and fun to play.
Overall, we should be more friendly.
When the party leader kicks someone just because he lacked the experience or made a mistake that killed you, I think of the leader as a jerk and have an urge to go solo.
@GodisPie
Lol, nice one. Do you tell them 'sorry, I did it unintentionally' ?
Also you forgot this, Saying 'Lets do the danger room. It is easy!' just before the clockwork terminal, And after that, dying first and not getting up. As a result the team loses, and you say, 'Whose stupid idea it was to enter this room?'.

When you kick him, he doesn't go back to Haven, he leaves the group and is now in a single man group.
In bossfights that sucks I guess, but when you do it in front of a elevator, he keeps his heat.
Ah, ok. I'll remember that.
But, if I kick them when they're dead then they will have to use energy to rez. If I kick them in the middle of a danger room then they run the risk of dying and having to rez again. If a group is trolling me because they want to run together and don't want me with them then suddenly the members are in three different instances and have to spend energy to leave and re-invite, or they have to run solo.
And of course, if they are on a boss floor then they have to solo the boss or end their run.

I REALLY hate it when someone goes afk. Reason?
Read this:
"I gtg eat dinner but ill be back in 20 minutes!"
You would be forced logged and your presence makes enemies stronger...n00bs...wat are ya gonna do :/....:O oright! KICK THEM FOR DRAGGING DOWN THE TEAM.
anyway. team kills.
1. if they die 40times in a row, i dont res them
2. i also hate it when people revive the whole group or me. for 2 reasons. 1) now it costs more for when we/ i really need it. 2) revive yourself and heal us to SAVE ENERGY. less total revives makes it easier to save that precious ce you need for 3* and group resses should NEVER BE NEEDED. if you group revive and dont have a GOOD REASON FOR IT, then im not joining on a run with you.
3. firepots...good times :)
4.saying " im gonna die dont revive me" then dieing, getting revived by a nice player, and dieing again like a n00b. (i have seen many people do this. i solo right after.)
5. i got off topic again
6. Trolling. it had to be said. :D
7. kiting the wrong way. happens too much lol.
8. knocking slags into others in FSC.
9. ok off topic but, watching someone join at the end of a level using their last mist energy...then whining. makes me rofl everytime
10. gosh i cant believe no one said this yet. 2 words.
Blast. Network.
11. people who want to wait for their mist to recharge for next level. im not waiting half an hour just so you can get your 2 mist back. buy ce, or leave. NO EXCEPTIONS IN MY GROUP!
Rawr...got a bit off topic and kinda went a lil bit overboard, but i assume many others understand .
Peace out for now.

There are a bunch of impatient and immature people in SK. @.@
It's just a game and if you can't enjoy it without taking it as serious as most of you have seemed to point out, then why are you playing a GAME.
Also bek, I agree on everything you've said. I got kicked from a party right at the boss floor to JK just because I lacked things and didn't want to go up. I understand I had low gear but still...I worked my way up to that all for nothing then.
reasons i solo a LOT so team killing in a sense (^_^)
1a. ppl who spawn mobs when i'm not ready... happens on jelly runs ALL the time...
1b. ppl who hit the switches on me during the roarmulas stages and also stand next to me when they are hit by rockets... FUN!!!
2a. being kicked on 3rd round of an arena after cleaning house when you have next to no health left after
reviving someone to begin with who dies AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN... guess he thought i was just being selfish...
2b. being kicked on vanaduke because you wont blow a few 100CE on phase three like the three other idiots did
who then call you a coward who also expect you to join their guild, seriously im not making that up...
you got to know when to hold them, when to fold them and when to run, some ppl are just stupid :)
2c. loosing my heat after being kicked... you shouldn't period...
3. ppl who cant play who take all the health pills and largest vitapods who then expect you to save the day...
4. ppl who wish to invite their friends into my game who are totally crap... more ppl = HARDER mmkay...
have booted craploads of ppl from my friend list over this...

^add annoying party leaders that beg for energy for the elevator or special gates to that list.
Some people you don't know may just sit around for minutes too. Also, this is not a good reason, but it seems you get treasure armor/weapon drops when you solo, but even if you get them in groups, I don't think anyone would want to share that.

Basically anyone who plays a solo game in a team run is going to grind my gears. That means:
Hogging pills and/or vitapods, especially when you suck, is incredibly annoying. If I pick up two pills before everyone else has one, I'll drop one for whoever needs it.
HP needs to be considered single and shared - that means if 10 bars of HP is going to last me four mobs and you one mob, you're being inefficient with the team's HP and a) need to be revving me if necessary, and b) can't whine if I don't rev you. I know it makes me sound like a dick, but I'd rather leave someone dead for a whole fight than rev them and end up with everyone dead because I had to give up half my HP several times. I don't want *anyone* paying CE to rev.
People need to be careful with shield bumping and knockback weapons. I can't count the number of times someone has DA'd/shield bounced a zombie mid-attack into my face and I couldn't do anything to stop it hitting me.
Same goes for shooting at vanaduke before everyone is behind him. Unless you know for sure his aggro is on you, don't shoot him until you're sure he won't turn and see a team mate. This is especially annoying when I'm playing with a blitz needle and my team mate has an AP or something else that allows him to ASDW around vanaduke while shooting. And vana's aggro *will* be on me with a blitz. You screw the whole team over doing that.
Similarly, unfreezing/turning slag guards when someone is charging FoV behind them; their attack will not only miss, it will often set them on fire too, and for no good reason.
People need to be more mindful of team mates.
I'm so PRO i don't care who is in my team or what they do. They can set me on fire, afk, hog pills and die every minute and me reviving them whenever possible, i don't give a fly. I still survive and save the day...and them too! No questions, no complains. I am THIS GOOD. =D
But then again, if i wanted easy peasy, i'd solo and predict every mob behavior with no surprise factors. Where's the fun in that? lololol

How do you use the Furious Flamberge to afflict status affects on allies?
Ah, a rational person who plays this game, I like that.
I feel like the most team kills would happen in the royal jelly palace because:
1. You can knock a number of deadly things into your teammates (Lumbers, T3 jellies, Blast Cube jellies)
2. There are a number of reforming blastcubes
3. There are mobs that can be activated by one person, even if the team is not ready
Where do you guys think the most team kills happen?

Post 24 is why I love to party with EvilDuck :D
I like shooting explosive boxes when a teammate with low health is near them, but I only do it in Depths 5-7 / 14-17 / 24-28. I kill then immediately res them. My favorite spot is the room in the upper right corner of Depth 16 Jelly King. Someone is always low on health in that room. They end up with more health than before they died, and I get their heat. Everyone wins!

Ever since got my acended caliber I got careful of where I charge attack the lumbers.I just hit them into the way where my teammates are not there.

i haven't really been trolled before, but mai bro (ign Shadownox) has. he was doing a roary run, and they were in the final battle in the first ironclaw munitions level. during the entire level, his party's leader kept dying, and forcing the memebr to rev him he was like "rev me or i will kick u." and if they dont rev him and they die, hes like "see? thats wat happens when u dont rev me, you idiots." but he was the only one who died all the time. everyone else only died like 2-3 times. he died like 15+.
i hate idiots like that.
another incident was when mai bro was in a jelly place (toxic union i think) with some otehr dude. the other guy kept telling him to let the lichens morph, but shadow didn't. everntually the guy was like "stop it or i will kick u." shadow killed one, and he kicked him. technically it was shadows fault, but the party leader shouldn't kick people for doing that. i think.
I don't like the "it's just a game" argument. That implies the game isn't engrossing, that any and all effort put into it is insubstantial, and that it just isn't plain fulfilling. Granted, for many games this is true. But implying all games are like that, AND using it to excuse and even validate the frankly annoying and often obnoxious behaviour of other players? Ahahahahaha NO.
I don't mind if people are new to the game, if they're still getting the hang of what for them is a new tier, et cetera. What I do mind is willfully hampering the fun of others, and recklessly dragging the team down.

Sometimes, I like to unequip my weapons and shield and join a random group in tier 1 or 2.
And then just run around spawning monsters and tossing vials while hogging all the pills.
-Knocking a player towards a monster
Aside from the Flamberge there's really no other way to interact with other players in the same manner.
