Idk if it's just me *it probably is* but when I compare Very High to Maximum, the Very High bars show more

does maximum mean that the bars fill to the Max (all the way to the end)? or does it mean what it shows?

The CTR upgrades seem to be a fixed amount, not a percentage reduction.

UV boosts pretty much only

UV boosts pretty much only show up on armors and shields. That in mind, the star quality of the item also amplifies the 'size' of the UV.
A low defense boost on a 2* item is smaller on the stat bar than a low defense boost on a 5*.

Damage boosts though I think are percentile. I wouldn't trust me on this, but the loose calculations I made make me think that a Low bonus is about 5-6% (Based off seeing that Very High was about 25%). Of course this is where I'm most likely to be wrong since I didn't test it out very thoroughly. It's just a thought.
