Theoretically you can buy
Theoretically you can buy Cheapue and Tabard from a player who haven't equipped one after purchasing CE during promotion. Back then many F2P players bough Cheapues and Tabards from other players. I'm not sure if such unbounded Cheapues and Tabards still exists though.

I have three full Red Rose
I have three full Red Rose sets unbound and one White set, hat and tabard for both. Not selling currently, but they do exist.

They were limited-time items given to people who bought CE for real money. They cannot be unbound, so it cannot be traded to another player once it's equipped. You will need to save up a lot of CE to trade for one from another player.

You are entirely too easy to bait my friend. My suggestion is to take a second and realize that my purposeful misspelling of the word was to poke humor at the incredible spelling. You can be pedantic to your hearts content! Learning the proper usage/spelling of words and their etymological roots is good. I however will continue to be facetious. And so, I continue.

That surprised me because Tabards looks great with many non-regalia helms - especially with Magic Hoods, but also with Cobalt Helms and others.
On the other hand, Chapeaus suit only Tabards - at least so far I haven't seen a Chapeau with non-regalia armour that looked fine.

Yes, because naturally given the fact that I've had this marvelous item for the entirety of the duration that it's been in game I could actually spell it wrong. Or the fact that I've sold a multitude of them means that I have continuously misspelled the name in all of my transactions? In the exact same manner as the original poster even. Oh, but you couldn't possibly be wrong could you? No no no, for shame for me to assume something like that. Silly me and my cheapues.
My suggestion? Relax, or consequently "take a chill pill" if that's the colloquialism you prefer.

had to buy CE during the event a while ago, bombhead masks are from bribing krogmo in blast, wiki is there for a reason XD
