One of the things that really bothered me after creating a new character was that the mist gauge was shared. So, after a second or third character creation, you're restricted because your main used up most of mist gauge. For those who are F2P, this would be rather bothersome. I would suggest a separate mist gauge per character whilst the energy gauge should remain throughout the account.
Seperate Character Mist Gauge
This has been talked about many times.
The bottom line is although there are some drawbacks, ie: people wanting multiple characters, or more than one person wanting to play in a household on a computer, the Mist tanks are tethered for a reason. It would be too easy to take advantage of the 300 mist, and anyone who didn't make three knights would be at a disadvantage. There would be a lot of mass crafting, and manipulation etc.
Theres just a lot of cons that come with it, I can't see it being justified.
Because this is a free-to-play game, there is no restriction on the number of accounts that I may create.
As it stands, If I wish to continue to play after my Main character's Mist has been depleted, it is simple to create a 2nd account and play the other account as an Alt.
This unnecessary layer of complexity should be removed. I shouldn't have to log out to a new account to play an Alt character.
Mist is therefore limited only by the number of accounts you can create, which completely nullifies Pauling and Paska's arguments that it would be "taken advantage of". If there's a way to get around it, someone already has.
Given the above, Mist should be dependent on the character, not on the account as it presently only inhibits those that are "playing by the rules" so to speak.
This has been talked about Many times, like I said before, with a simple search you can find about 10+ posts about this. The only one that an admin ever commented on that I can find is this:
Srso, read my above comment more closely. It's not as easy as you're assuming. And if it is, that's probably a bug.
Its easy enough to do actually, in fact its even better than having multiple characters on a single account as you can log in to multiple accounts and swap gear/items easily enough. Srso is right in it only helps those 'playing by the rules'
And so what if you get 300 energy a day, thats . . . 3 hours of play time, and doesn't affect those playing. The game is so horribly skewed for those that pay that the 100 energy you get a day is more an insult than anything else. Its ok, I am probably finished after playing my second day and finding that my creation of a second account to play a little while I wait for a friend to log on so we can spend our hour together playing actually cost me the ability to play. Its really frustrating as this was a cute game. Now its just painful.

I do agree with the whole separated mist gauge because when i played games i normally make 2 characters. One character i use to play alone, and the second character i play with my girlfriend. Having the problem with the mist gauge does not allow me the options to play, and i think it really sucks since I've been waiting for so long to be released. Now it's been released i have to either not play or play and disappoint my girlfriend.
Anyways, i hope you take this into considerations and i do look forward to playing this unique game.
I also suggest making the 3 characters individual not allowing accounts to share between each other, i personally like the tradition idea of being able to have 3 individual characters rather den a shared account for 3 characters to make each one different.
So I created a second account. The Mist is shared across the account as well...somehow.
Logging in with the 2nd account gave me 14 Mist (the amount I had when I logged off from the first account). Running a dungeon and logging back into account #1 left me with 4 Mist. So my post above is invalid. It's not linked to MAC address, since I can log in from a different computer and it's still shared.
It's shared between computer logs, ip, and etcetera. So, if you have a brother that want to play with you, you both necessarelly would need diferent computers. This was made exactly to prevent ideas like the onee that you thought.
I personally think that's ridiculous, considering that mean only 1 of em can play every 24 hours. It wouldn't be so bad if the mist tank fill up faster, but the fact it takes 24 hours to completely refill from 0 ,seems over dramatic and that the tank is connect to the PC info rather then the account. Not everyone has more then 1 pc, and alot of families have brother and sister's who like playing the same game. These restrictions will cause more problems and complaints then players having more enjoyment out of the game.
But maybe it's just because were not used to such limited game play...
If you have two accounts on the same computer, they share mist- but if one of those accounts pays- even for the 75 cent package- then I believe that it gets its own mist gauge forever after. (at least, that's what I've been told heard- can anyone confirm?)
This sounds a bit like a proposal to triple the amount of time you can spend playing each day, so long as you split it across different characters on the same account.
If you have a paying account, than other separate accounts created on the same computer will have their own mist tanks. (or so I'm told) But just creating a bunch of extra characters seems like a cheesy way to triple the time you can spend playing.
