Is /1 Haven chat cross-server, or only seen in that particular Haven instance?

As far i know when you use /z you contact all the haven instances

I've tested it myself, and it appears only in the instance you are currently located. (It's not very hard to test.) Also, it would be even more ridiculous than it already is if it were all instances combined, don't you think?

So far /z and /1 contact only the Haven instance you are in, and for whatever reason, always include the preceding "[Haven 1]" prefix.
My guess is that the Devs have simply not updated the zone chat to incorporate multiple instances.
