Since I unintentionally low ball'd (Sorry!) in my last offer by accident, I'm going to try a new approach and hopefully it works out. I'm trying to work up about 2000 CE's so I can grab the Green Chapeau and complete the green set before this promo is over.

Now uh, I think I can safely price the Heel Biters for 1000 CE since they sell for about 2 refined? And as I under stand 1 refined is worth 500 CE's.

The Wrench I'm certain is 2-3 Refined so that would be... 1000-1500 CE? I'm willing to negotiate towards the 1000 end.

The Shotgun I'm not sure about, but at minimum I'd go 300 CE's for it.

Maybe 50 CE's for the scrap? No idea.
