Yep.

I'd like the Forum Preferences link to be a button, instead of a clicky linky thing. Too many people are still missing that link and starting new thread about not knowing where to set their forum avatar.

Alternatively, (don't know how technically possible this is) roll forum preferences into a tab in the MY ACCOUNT pages. That's the first place I went when trying to change forum avatars.
