Recipe and weapon ideas

Generaly I am new here and people will call me a noob or to use the search option. I've been playing for a while now and I have noticed that alot of weapons and armor have a star lvl limit, so i came up with this idea:

recipes that require to weapons to craft.

I knw it may not be a new idea but i would like some feed back from the community so it may be considered one day.
An example of a weapon of this kind would be:

two lvl 3 star weapons at lvl 10 plus special mats to creat a 5 star weapon

Hmm. . .combining weapons, not a bad idea, but most 3* recipes and all 4*/5* recipes need a weapon to get crafted. Combining weapons is new, though. Good idea so far.

Im also thinking of a new weapon idea which would have to be held two handed. I feel that massive weapons should not be held by one hand.
My idea is to have weapons like staffs and giant swords be two handed without allowing shield wielding at he same time.
What would happen is the weapon would contain both attack and deffence stats and depending on the weapon it would be different.
Listen to this! My idea for a weapon would be a staff that when shielding would react like the tanker perk in PvP the staff would however have a low attack power in place of massive shield and regeneration of hearts. On the other hand massive weapons like guns and swords would have crazy attack stats inplace of diffence.

The combination of two weapons should give something like Darth Maul had in the star wars movies (sorry if I spelled the name wrong)
Say if you combined the shearing edge and the shocking edge.
You'd then get a dual sided sword that has a combo of dealing fire status and shock
The 3 combo should have a sort of swing up, swing down then swing around.
The charge up can be something like you spinning your sword in a clockwise direction in front of you then you have a bunch of blue fire coming out from the center for 2 seconds. The blue fire gives a chance of causing shock and fire.

I can definitely say that this is what combining two weapons should do, but they should be of the same type.
Like the two edges of maybe something of the same alchemy history like with how the Cutter's alchemy path works those two swords can be combined.

imagine combining a triglav with dread venom striker. causes freeze poison and also has the power of triglav with the speed of striker muahahahaha noob annihilation

Yes, even noobs would be able to annihilate everything.

I would like to be able to combine both of the Roarmulus guns, for something like a Pulsar whose expanded shots behave like Catalyser charges. Also, an Autogun/Catalyser hybrid would be wicked fun but I am not sure how to prevent it from being grossly overpowered.

I would also like a pure Shadow-type weapon with chance to inflict fire, simply because I like ridiculous oxymora and can imagine a lot of players drooling over this particular one. Call it something like "Sable Flame," to reflect the contradiction. Perhaps a hybrid of the Nightblade and Fireburst? Make similarly themed weapons for the other classes, too:

Fireburst Brandish + Nightblade
Shadowtech Alchemer Mk. II + Firotech Mk. II
Fiery Vapouriser Mk. II + ...uh, Graviton Charge? Dang.

Or, mix classes:
Fiery Vap. Mk. II + Shadowtech Alch. Mk. II = a Shadow +Fire version of the Pulsar :D ...or would it be Crystal Bomb?
Pepperbox + Nightblade = a Shadow +Fire Snarbie or Avenger

Woah, woah. No shield??? That's basically my lifeline. I love guns as well (DUAL WIEDL!!! :D) . . . Oh well. Dual weapons mght be a little too OP though. What about Lockdown? No class? And what type of charge would a combined weapon have? (Imagine a Cutter and Troika. *Shudder*)

2-handed weapons should also be able to block or sheild and have sheild health and def stats as well however arent as sturdy? however this will make going two hand cheaper than sword+ sheild and also lockdown requires there to be a seperate sheild used... but I really love the combination weapon Ideas it would be great if u could take both UVs as well hehe.

Yeah, the shield is the second line of defense, and not having it would be a major pain, so... how about a two-handed shield instead? The most obvious way to make it sane would be to add damage to the shield bump or something, I guess.

I would prefer something different, though: "Shield" button does what you'd expect, but it's more protective than a normal shield. "Attack/Action" drains shield health for an AoE cloud of DoT. Having a continuous attack would be nice since nothing else is that way yet, and having no charge attack would be an acceptable tradeoff. It would probably be more acceptable than normal bombs with their charge-only limitation, and also a really cool contrast IMO.
