Reserve energy tank trinkets

cost: 200CE for 15 days
only 1 usable at a time

so basicly, when you you have a full MET, the reserve tank (RT) will collect ME at the same rate. wnen you spend your ME, the RT will refill the ME tank with the energy it holds. the capacity of the RT is 50 energy. when 15 days are up, the RT will not generate ME

no wasted time getting ME
max ME spent is 100 ( needing CE to craft 3-5*)
CE needed to buy trinket

-CONs
somewhat mass crafting 1-2*
