Alrighty my challenge to all fellow spiral knights players out there is to complete the entire FSC up to Vana's lair.....with.......PROTO GEAR ONLY! If you manage to accomplish this, then somehow end up beating Vana, I'll give you a cookie :)

btw can any1 confirm getting more rare drops from token boxes in proto gear? maybe i just got lucky on my 1st try but who knows..

I've done something of the sort.
Well, the other day I did a D28 Poison fiend level with my alt in proto gear. Full proto set, no dryads on that level, whole part died and I ran to the exit. Does that count? Half a cookie? :<

This is exactly why I said its the true test of patience! I'm seriously interested to see how long it would take (soloing or in a team).
But I guess I'll make it more achieveable. So this is my new proposed challenge:
Proto armor, helm, and shield
2 weapon slots only (of any weapon and UV's allowed)
You can't use either of the trinket slots
This can be completed solo or in a team
And of course completing the entirety of levels up to Vana's lair (beat Vana and you get 2 extra cookies this time :))
Now I'll make the prize a more spectacular type of cookie prize!
A PLATINUM ENCRUSTED, GOLD FILLED, AND SILVER GLAZED COOKIE! Approximate retail value unknown....

There's no need for trinkets,
There's no need for trinkets, and just use the two weapons.
Basically, he's asking you to run FSC without taking any damage whatsoever. There's a reason why you're going all proto and no resistance, so we should keep it that way.

my guild had a contest on who
my guild had a contest on who get the farthest in proto gear. We got to depth 23. Thunderfist arena with like four healers and freakin turrets is what took everyone out.
but yeah they got all the way to 23 without any CE revives.
Ohhh yea....video evidence is necessary for the grand cookie prize!
