I really enjoyed the bump in difficultly. I ran through FSC twice, first time being careful as I normally would, and the second just being careless and checking out all the new stuff. First run I made it through the entire FSC without dying. However, I died twice during phase 4 of Vanaduke, which was by far the most difficult part for me.
Couple things I noticed that may be bugs or intended updates:
- The curse status occasionally doesn't work. I'll have zombies breath on me, but the curse status doesn't do anything. I can still attack normally without being damaged.
- Bug with the last gate on D24. It's opened already without having to step on the party button and complete that phase.
- Slag guards sometimes "die" twice. We'll kill him and see him start the death animation, but he'll come back to life immediately and we have to kill him again. When he comes back to life, he has very little HP and it usually only takes one additional hit for him to die again.
- On D26 where you have to choose whether to go left or right, the right side is still significantly harder than the left. It would be nice to beef up the left side so that it gives people a reason to go right.
- Slag guards don't drop any hearts. Was this intended? Before, they would drop health when they were killed.
- My blitz needle (with no damage trinkets) will do 154 damage per shot with a charged strike on Vanaduke. Before, it would only do 143 damage.
- D27 has a graphics glitch at the last spawn point. There appears to be a "hole" in the ground on the right side.
- After killing Vanaduke, there are "black squares" that popup randomly all over my screen.
