I have complaints, probably

I have complaints, probably the worst trading ive ever encountered.

First i buy drab wings off him for 870ce, then when i wanted to return in exchange for pipe + 130ce , he said he wanted 200ce for inconvienence.
He was advertising the pipe for 1kce. So i haggle to 130ce instead, but then he says: f*** off, you shouldve have thought about that before"

Now its totally up to him if he wants to accept returns, but he proposed a deal that was only 70ce higher than my offer.
Then when i agree to 200ce inconvenience, he doesnt answer. Hopefully this guy is not a scammer but he sure acts like one.
