Does curse affect gun puppies and lumbers?

Last night during a run I cursed many lumbers with a faust, however none of them took any damage when they attacked.

I was wondering if anyone has seen lumbers take damage from curse?
and if not, is it because they only have 1 'move' so they can't be locked out?
would it be the same for gun puppies? they usually die before they get cursed tho.

Wolvers and Lumbers attack at a slow rate, which makes them more resistant to curse. The faster they attack, the quicker they die.

Gunpuppies can be cursed, and

Gunpuppies can be cursed, and as long as you keep them attacking, they can be killed with a single curse vial.

Lumbers can be "cursed," but their main attack (the arm slam) is not cursed, thus they don't take damage while cursed. Don't bother using curse status on lumbers.
