Suggested recording tool: Fraps (I can edit out the watermark.)
Suggested File Format: AVI (Don't send me Youtube Videos!) (Fraps by default gives you an AVI file.)
Nothing longer than 2 minutes.
Please do not edit it yourselves.
Suggested framerate: 30FPS
