We are a fairly new and small guild sop we need to grow!!
Preferably at least tier 3 players but not absolutely necessary.
Most of our players are hand picked by our guild masters.

ranking is as follows:
recruit: below tier 3
member: above tier 3, normal players
veteran: skilful players above tier 3
officer: skilful and dedicated players and friends the help to recruit
Guild master: personal friends and founders
