Funny, but all kidding aside. That would just be horribly wrong if people lost out after spending x amount of ce or crowns on a key. I mean one of my guildies had just used his key when the announcement came over. Hopefully they will reimburse those people as Spam said

Honestly I don't think it would be unreasonable to do a Shadow Lair in 90 minutes.
email or do an ingame support. i remember reading someone accidentally using a shadow key and got reimbursed.
