Okay I would go to the Cradle or the clockworks... i mean come on would it you like to do that. I love to fight side-by-side with other knight against the Snarblox, King Jelly, Gremlins. Man that wouldn't be something to forget. But yeah trading with other knight, making equipment, going to Lock-down, or maybe just wave at the camera so everyone can see me. That is where i would go.
P.S. I wonder if any of the knight wonder that they're be follow by a floating screen???

Where does Spiral Snow come from?
See, one day, Vanaduke was bored, and decided to kill the Snarbolax. A nooby Knight went to kill it (the Snarby), but seeing the snarby was already dead, he proceeded to Teir 2. After miraculously fighting his way to the RT, he was shot by a rocket that fell out of the sky, which blasted him into the air and through the Clockworks, where he landed in the JK's throne room, and squished his crown. SUddenly, the Ice Queen, waiting for the moment when the Jk would lose his crown, killed him and took over his kingdom, because, as we all know, you can't rule a kingdom without Ice Cream, and the JK's entire stash of ice cream was in his crown, which was destoryed. Being the Ice Queen, the IQ had infinite amounts of ice cream made from her ice cube minio - er, stuff you don't want to know. (Ice cream, anyone?). The noobie attacked the Ice queen, but tripped and dropped a fire vial, which fell on the Ice Queen. Fire is ice's mortal enemy, so she exploded and her peices flew into the atmoshpere and through a giant slushie machine that was randomly placed there, exploded some more, and then disentegrated.
Meanwhile, Santa took a wrong path on Highway 42 (the highway answer to life, cause 42 if the answer to all life. Actually, that, or Spiral Knights. How could the world exist without Spiral Knights? Oh, that's right, it can't.), and ended up on Cradle. He decided to bring Christmas to Cradle, and used his magic Boswick powers stolen from Boswick (theif!)to make it snow a lot. SO it did. THen Boswick appeared, beat the crap out of Santa, and retook his powers.

Errrr, I think the Jelly Ice Queen tried to invade Haven... Besides, how the heck did the Jelly Ice Queen tried to invade Haven while we're at the Clockworks busy farmming crowns? Didn't those people who went to Shadow Lair and to her palace never notice about her absence?! Outrageous!
So... the Jelly Ice Queen created the atomsphere of the snow in Haven, the people in Haven thought it was snowing. They didn't knew the Jelly Ice Queen wanted to occupy Haven. What's more that it came from one of the gates! So the knights set out and destroy this Jelly Ice Queen at once. (although impostoclaus is a jelly too, must be feeling sad for him. D8)
After a half of an hour, the Jelly Ice Queen has been destroyed. But the atomsphere of the snow still remains! And that is how the Spiral Snow appeared.
simple, its not snow at all, OOO just accidentally sent all of the new content through a paper shredder earlier on, and that's why they only released the Shadow lair in their last update. being so distraught... and having a room overflowing with paper scraps... they had nowhere else to put it but in the Cradle.

my original answer would be God and Chuck Noris were having a pillow fight and it fell to earth... but that doesn't work for spiral snow. Spiral snow come from the Ice Queen's lair. she has sent out countless minions to fill Cradle with snow in hopes it freeze everyone to death. unfortunaly the knights loved it and even started to want more. so it has know been tradition for the ice queen to send her minions and fill cradle with snow every winter (and when spring comes vana lets fir fire skellies out of the castle and the burn the snow :D)...another theory is that it came from the GM's and Admin's in their latest release to keep knights happy and occupied.

It's very simple: Haven is just one huge Freeze Stratum, which is part of a huge elevator, which has mini elevators in it that also have smaller Freeze stratums, which even has its own sub elevator down on Depth 23 which is another elevator in an elevator leading to the Ice Jelly Palace, which also has Spiral snow, and basically its just one huge Freeze/ Snow stratum elevator INCEPTION that makes Spiral Snow.

Comes from the snipes obviously, during the cold season snipes start pooping out the Spiral Snow! Its one of a kind. Thats why people say dont eat the spiral snow! (This isnt earth its the clockworks no yellow snow here just snipes poop!)

You see, every year on January 1st, each Jelly clan sends its most dashing Impostocube as its representative to gather at an undisclosed coliseum deep within the Clockwork to participate in a savage Jelly royale that lasts 11 months of the year! The last man standing is of course crowned Impostoclaus, proudly bearing his stylish Santy Hat for the remainder of the year until the tournament is held once more.

Well if ye said it will hide, he'll be on San Fransisco. Perhaps Impostoclaus will be scrapped on the Three Rings's basement/storeroom and left for one year, until the next winter comes in 2012.

simple. Imposoclaus hides past the core, to the left, down the corrider of doom, and then right to the realm of severe misfourtion and suffering.
thats for spring. for summer, instead of turning right at after the corridor of doom he goes left int the realm of high risk gambling.
and for fall he hides in the realm of death where he and whoever reapes the souls of the lost knights drink iced tea and eat brain cookies.

It's simple, he buys 5kCE' gets a few shadow keys, oozes all the way down to floor 17, stays with his pa (JK, in a Jk gate,obviously), and after about 5 weeks of royal partying... He goes up, comits genecide to a few mean spiral knights and then jumps down a lift, goes to floor 23, opens a few shadow lairs. He beats the crap out of anyone in his way, meets his mom; she eats him up and he waits to be pooped out in the winter.:P (his mom is Ice Queen)

I probably should have figured the Boswick thing wouldn't work more than once. Anyways, on to my answer:
Impostoclaus is merely a fabrication. His very existence is an abomination to life everywhere. Each year, when winter ends, his body dissolves into nothing. Throughout the rest of the year, his essence feeds on the sins and fears of naughty knights. Finally, when the weather gets cold enough for him to congeal back into a solid form, he devours the blood of the most sinful (explaining his red color). He then puts on a disguise to hide his true nature, so he can look for his next prey while he awaits the arrival of spring.
